By creating an account or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

If we discover that a user is under 18, their account will be immediately terminated and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

1.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active account on DatingHelpBlog. Creating multiple accounts, whether to circumvent a suspension or for any other reason, constitutes a violation of these Terms.

1.3 Truthful Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your name, age, location, photographs, and relationship intentions. Misrepresentation of any personal details - including using another person's identity or photos - is strictly prohibited.

1.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. DatingHelpBlog is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account use that occurs due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Article 2 - User Conduct and Community Guidelines

DatingHelpBlog is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful environment for all members. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination:

• Harassment or Intimidation: Any form of threatening, abusive, or unwelcome conduct directed at another user, including persistent messaging after being asked to stop.
• Fraudulent Profiles: Creating accounts using false identities, stolen photographs, or AI-generated images with the intent to deceive other users.
• Commercial Solicitation: Using the Platform to advertise products, services, or external websites, or to solicit financial transactions from other members.
• Hate Speech: Content that promotes discrimination, hostility, or violence against any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
• Explicit Unsolicited Content: Sending sexually explicit images, videos, or messages without the recipient's prior consent.
• Impersonation: Pretending to be another person, a DatingHelpBlog staff member, or a representative of any organization.
• Financial Exploitation: Requesting money, gifts, cryptocurrency, or financial information from other users under any pretense.

Violations are reviewed by our 24/7 safety team. Depending on severity, consequences include a formal warning, 7- to 30-day suspension, or permanent ban without refund. Repeated offenses result in escalated penalties. Report violations through our Safety Tips page or directly via your account dashboard.

Article 3 - Intellectual Property and Content License

3.1 Platform Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, trademarks, logos, software, and technology comprising the DatingHelpBlog Platform are owned by or licensed to DatingHelpBlog and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorization.

3.2 User Content License

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Platform, including photographs, profile text, and messages posted in public areas. However, by publishing content on DatingHelpBlog, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform. This license terminates when you delete your account, except where your content has been shared with or saved by other users in the normal course of Platform use.

For photos and video content specifically, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to all uploaded media and that such media does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

Article 4 - Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE DATINGHELPBLOG PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE PLATFORM'S RELIABILITY, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE ANY SPECIFIC NUMBER OF MATCHES, THAT ANY USER PROFILE IS ACCURATE, OR THAT USE OF THE PLATFORM WILL RESULT IN ANY SPECIFIC DATING OR RELATIONSHIP OUTCOME.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DatingHelpBlog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, your interactions with other users, or any third-party conduct. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to DatingHelpBlog in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You acknowledge that you interact with other users at your own risk. DatingHelpBlog is not responsible for the actions, statements, or behavior of any user, whether online or offline. We strongly recommend reviewing our Safety Tips before meeting anyone in person.

Article 5 - Account Termination and Suspension

5.1 User-Initiated Termination. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon deletion, your profile will be removed from public view within 24 hours. Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including GDPR-mandated data retention schedules.

5.2 Platform-Initiated Suspension. DatingHelpBlog reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice. In cases of severe violations - including fraud, harassment, or illegal activity - we may also report the user to relevant law enforcement authorities.

5.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any unused portion of a paid subscription is non-refundable in cases of termination for Terms violations. Refunds for voluntary cancellation are governed by our subscription agreement at the time of purchase.

Article 6 - Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

6.1 Applicable Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. For users residing in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply where they provide greater protection.

6.2 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation by contacting our team at [email protected]. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Wilmington, Delaware.

6.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

6.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DatingHelpBlog regarding use of the Platform, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

Article 7 - Modifications to These Terms

DatingHelpBlog reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email to the address associated with your account and through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any changes, you must discontinue use and delete your account before the new terms take effect.
